I ordered large doses not fit my wrist
The item was a large male size. I don't have that big of wrist so its way too big and doesn't support. The item was late and there was hardly any communication regarding the delivery.
Is there a defect or is the dial not working properly?
When I locked it, it wouldn't turn at all, and when I unlocked it, it wouldn't loosen either. In the end, I tore it off, removed it from my hand, then held it with both hands and pulled the string to unlock it...
No matter how much I looked at the usage instructions, there were no mistakes in using it.
It is difficult to recommend this structure if you have tendinitis in your thumb and wrist.
Give me a broken product.. Sit down..
